General Rules

Every passenger booking flight tickets with HODOTRAVEL LLC are subject to the following term and conditions before purchasing airline tickets.

Ø Fares are subjected to availability and can be changed without notice. Airline has the sole authority in deciding the fares

Ø Please check ticket rules like whether cancellation allowed or not, changes cost, baggage allowance etc. before purchasing. Please connect with the airlines directly for the most recent updates regarding the baggage allowance, weight, and dimensions of bags.

Ø Your credit/debit card may be billed in multiple charges totaling the final booking amount.

Ø HODOTRAVEL don’t take any responsibility if you are not traveling with proper travel documents and are denied entry or transit into a country.

Ø If you are transiting through multiple countries, please check with respective airlines if you need a transit visa or not.

Ø Check visa and transit visa requirements with respective embassy and the airline before purchasing the tickets. HODO TRAVEL is not responsible for any visa or transit visa requirements of any kind.

Ø Customer denied boarding due to insufficient visa, transit visa, passport or other travel document then no refund will be possible.

Ø Please make sure your Passport is valid for more than 6 months, till the trip is completed.

Ø Confirm that names in the Itinerary appear as they do in issued passports. Please check your passport carefully before confirming names in reservation. (Last Name/ First Name, Middle)

Ø Once the ticket is issued name changes are not permitted.

Ø Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable after departure

Ø Reconfirm your reservation with the airlines 48-72 hours before departure and return.

Ø Please note that you must arrive at the airport a minimum of 4 hours before your flight departure so that you have ample time to check-in, complete security check and board your flight. By any chance you miss the flight due to late check in, security check delay HODOTRAVEL will not be held responsible.

Ø If you are NO-SHOW, tickets hold no value. No refund will be entertained,

Ø Schedule changes or flight cancellations initiated by the airline are not the responsibility of HODO TRAVEL, though we will try our best to re-accommodate. Always confirm your flight from the airline 24-48 hours prior to the departure with HODO TRAVEL or respective airline.

Ø Infant is defined as a passenger less than 2 years of age for the entire length of travel.

Ø Infant & Child are defined as a passenger less than 2 years of age and 2-11 years of age for the entire length of travel respectively.

Ø Tickets may or may not be changeable, ask agent before booking.

Ø If your ticket is changeable, it must be changed and reissued more than 24 hours before departure.

Ø If your ticket is changeable, then the following applies:

You Need to pay the date change penalty + fare difference if any as per airline

Ø Partially used tickets are always non-refundable.

Ø Meals, frequent flier miles and special services are “on request basis”. These are all subject to airline terms and conditions.

In relation to “special Requests” options are available for (meals, child seat, disabled). Travel suppliers will certainly work on such special requests but don’t guarantee at the same time.

Ø Please confirm the seats and meals with the airline. Also, regarding any special request like bassinet for infant, wheelchair assistance you must check with the airline.

Ø Check the baggage allowance before purchasing your tickets as every airline has a different baggage allowance.

Ø HODOTRAVEL LLC is not responsible if miles are not credited to airline or credit card mileage programs

HODOTRAVEL LLC accept no responsibility in respect of any loss, damage, alterations, delays or changes arising from unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, such as war, threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute including air traffic control disputes, terrorist activity, natural & nuclear disaster, fire or adverse weather conditions, technical problems with transport, closure or congestion of airports or ports, cancellation of flight schedules by respective airlines.
